I will ask for full payment before i start the sketch in order to make any progress on the piece. (Unless you are getting something small like a chibi! In that case you can pay after the sketch.)

Do not commission me if you arent willing to wait. I struggle with drawing fast or pushing myself to finish a piece quickly :( - I am trying to fix this habit! I usually take up to 2 weeks - a month to finish a piece if im struggling to consistently work on it.. I work a 9-5 so my after work hours and weekends are the only time I can make progress!
(Complexity of the piece too can vary the speed of which it’s worked on)

I experience depressive/paranoia episodes; If i cannot finish a commission because something happens irl that inhibits my ability to work on commissions i will do refunds for what i did not complete/full refunds for pieces not yet started. Otherwise, i do not offer/do refunds for other things.
